The platform connects Renters, Lenders, Buyers, and Sellers, providing a secure environment to facilitate the exchange and rental of high-quality fashion items. ETLALA acts as an intermediary service provider, enabling these transactions but does not act as the Seller or Lender of all products. All users must agree to these terms before using the platform.

Renting Clothes on Etlala

Follow these steps to rent an item:

1. Select the product, choose your size, and pick rental dates.
2. Submit your rental request.
3. Wait for the lender's approval (they have 4 days).
4. Once approved, complete payment within 4 days to confirm.
5. Check your renter dashboard and emails regularly.
6. Enjoy the item, then prepare it for return by 12 PM on the due date.
7. Click "Return" on the order page to avoid late fees.
8. Return the item undamaged to get your damage deposit refunded.

Lending Clothes on Etlala

Manage incoming requests as a lender:

1. Monitor your lender dashboard and email notifications for new requests.
2. Approve or decline within 4 days.
3. Once approved, the renter has 4 days to pay—you'll get an email confirmation.
4. Set calendar reminders to prepare the item on time.
5. Click "Ready to Ship" on the order page. Etlala will contact you for delivery.
6. After return, Etlala pays your share.

Sending a Buy Offer

Negotiate to purchase:

1. Select the item and size.
2. Send your price offer.
3. Wait for seller response: approve, decline, or counter-offer.
4. If approved, complete payment within 4 days.
5. Track updates in your buyer dashboard and emails.

Accepting a Buy Offer

Handle offers as a seller:

1. Check your seller dashboard for new offers.
2. Respond within 4 days: approve, decline, or counter.
3. Once the buyer pays, receive email notification and dashboard update.
4. Prepare the item and click "Ready to Ship" on the order page. Etlala will contact you for delivery.
