1. User Role Definitions

- **Renter**: A user who rents items listed by a Lender. Renters are required to maintain the condition of the rented items and return them on or before the agreed-upon return date.
- **Lender**: A user who lists their items for rent on the platform. Lenders are responsible for maintaining the item's quality and approving rental requests.
- **Buyer**: A user who purchases fashion items listed on the platform. Buyers must review product details carefully before purchase.
- **Seller**: A user who sells items through ETLALA. Sellers are expected to ensure the authenticity and quality of their products.

2. Payment Terms and Fees

All transactions on ETLALA are processed through secure payment gateways. ETLALA charges a platform fee based on the transaction type:
All products commission is 17.5 %, Bridal Dress commission is 22.5%.

Sales commission is 22.5%
Additional fees may apply, such as delivery charges, cleaning fees, and any applicable VAT based on Saudi Arabian regulations.

The commissions fees may change and will notify the lenders and customers about the changes.

3. Rental and Sales Agreements

Each rental or sale transaction is a binding agreement between the parties involved. For rentals, Renters must return the items on time and in the same condition. For sales, Buyers have a limited window for requesting a return if the product is not as described. ETLALA reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not liable for outcomes.

4. Penalties, and Other Charges


- **Damage Fees**: Any damage incurred to rented items will result in a charge based on the repair costs or replacement value.
- **Cancellation Fee**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on wearing that style no longer can.

Returns must be dropped off with the shipping carrier noted on your return label by 12pm on or before the return date specified in your order. You are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return. Do not leave your returns with any third party (for example, your hotel, mailroom or friend).

5. Delivery and Return Policies

All deliveries are handled by our logistics partners. Delivery fees are fixed price. Returns for sales and rentals must be initiated through the platform. Buyers and Renters are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

6. Liability and Dispute Resolution

ETLALA acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between Renters, Lenders, Buyers, and Sellers. In the event of a dispute, ETLALA will provide a platform for mediation but cannot enforce resolutions. All users agree to resolve disputes in good faith.

7. Governing Law and Compliance

This policy is governed by Saudi Arabian law. By using ETLALA, users agree to comply with all applicable local regulations. Any disputes arising from this policy will be settled in Saudi Arabian courts.
